Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
You can expect to receive your refund within approximately four weeks after handing your package over to the return carrier. In many cases, refunds are processed much faster. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (typically 5–10 business days), the time required to process your return once received (3–5 business days), and the time your bank may take to process the refund request (5–10 business days).
If you would like to return an item, simply log in to your account, access your order through the “Complete Orders” link under the “My Account” menu, and click the “Return Item” button. We will notify you via email once your returned item has been received and processed.
Shipping
We ship to customers worldwide. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions and may not be available for international delivery.
When placing an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates are automatically calculated based on product availability and the shipping method selected at checkout. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, estimated delivery times may also appear during the checkout process.
Please note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. Product weights can be found on each product detail page. In accordance with the policies of our shipping partners, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound.
