By submitting or placing an order, you expressly agree to these General Terms and Conditions.
Validity / Conclusion of Contract
All offers, quotations, and deliveries from Dein Unternehmen GmbH are made solely on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
By placing an order, you agree to these GTC.
An order is legally binding and cannot be cancelled without the express consent of Dein Unternehmen GmbH. A purchase contract is concluded with the consent of Dein Unternehmen GmbH, but no later than with delivery to the customer.
The receipt of an online order will be confirmed to you with an automatically generated order confirmation sent to the email address you provided. This email does not contain a promise that the item can actually be delivered. It only indicates that the order placed has been received by us.
The conclusion of the contract and delivery are always subject to the availability or deliverability of the ordered items.
Retention of Title
The delivered items remain the property of Dein Unternehmen GmbH until full payment of the purchase price according to the contract.
Online Offer Data
The published data is partly based on information from manufacturers or suppliers.
Images may differ from the original.
Typing errors or price errors due to oversight or transmission errors are non-binding.
Data Protection
All personal data will be treated confidentially and only passed on to third parties for the purpose of order processing (e.g., credit check, postal shipping, etc.).
Prices
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the displayed prices and will be charged separately at checkout.
Delivery / Shipping Products
All orders are free of shipping costs!
PostPac Priority - Monday to Friday – Free of charge
Ordered by 2:00 PM - Delivered tomorrow. (Monday to Friday) – excluding public holidays. The Post guarantees delivery in 98% of cases. In the event of a delayed delivery, the customer is not entitled to compensation.
Delivery Area / Shipping Method
Shipping and delivery are only available to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The ordered products are shipped exclusively with Swiss Post.

Guidelines
The customer is not entitled to offset any counterclaims against claims of Dein Unternehmen GmbH. Any right of retention or withholding by the customer on items of Dein Unternehmen GmbH is fully waived.
Any return or exchange by the customer requires prior consent from Dein Unternehmen GmbH and is at the customer's expense and risk. This is generally exercised out of goodwill.
If a shipment is returned to us because the Post could not locate the address, the full amount will still be charged. (Unless the error lies with Dein Unternehmen GmbH).
Return Period
The return periods apply from the date of dispatch or collection. For returns, the date of the postmark or personal return is decisive.
No Right of Return
In the following cases, we unfortunately cannot offer returns:
For damaged items (with the exception of transport damage)
If the original packaging is missing
If accessories are missing
For foodstuffs
For opened items from the following product groups:
Consumables
Hygiene articles
Books, DVDs
Food
Gift vouchers
Items used for the preparation or storage of food (mixers, pans, Tupperware etc.)
4. Refund Value
If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:
4.1 Full Refund of Purchase Price:
The item is in unopened, undamaged original packaging.
Clothing and shoes: Refund of the purchase price, provided the following conditions are met: No signs of wear, labels on the garment, and original packaging present.

Postage costs for returning items are generally borne by the sender. In the following cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by Dein Unternehmen GmbH:
Upon receipt of a different item than ordered
In case of incorrect information in the online shop
Upon receipt of an item not ordered
Upon receipt of an incomplete product
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The place of jurisdiction is the domicile of Loria`s E-Commerce. The contract is subject to Swiss law.
