Validity / Conclusion of Contract All offers, quotations, and deliveries from Dein Unternehmen GmbH are made solely on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). By placing an order, you agree to these GTC. An order is legally binding and cannot be cancelled without the express consent of Dein Unternehmen GmbH. A purchase contract is concluded with the consent of Dein Unternehmen GmbH, but no later than with delivery to the customer. The receipt of an online order will be confirmed to you with an automatically generated order confirmation sent to the email address you provided. This email does not contain a promise that the item can actually be delivered. It only indicates that the order placed has been received by us. The conclusion of the contract and delivery are always subject to the availability or deliverability of the ordered items. Retention of Title The delivered items remain the property of Dein Unternehmen GmbH until full payment of the purchase price according to the contract.
