By submitting or placing an order, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Scope / Conclusion of Contract
All offers, quotations, and deliveries by Loria’s eCom are made exclusively on the basis of these Terms and Conditions.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
An order is legally binding and cannot be cancelled without the express consent of Loria’s eCom. A purchase contract is concluded upon acceptance by Loria’s eCom, or at the latest upon delivery of the goods to the customer.
The receipt of an online order is confirmed by an automatically generated order confirmation sent to the email address provided by the customer. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order or guarantee product availability. It merely confirms that the order has been received.
All contracts and deliveries are subject to product availability and deliverability.
Retention of Title
All delivered goods remain the property of Loria’s eCom until full payment has been received.
Product Information
Published product information is partly based on information provided by manufacturers and suppliers.
Product images may differ from the original products.
Typing errors, pricing mistakes, or transmission errors are non-binding and may be corrected at any time.
Data Protection
All personal data is treated confidentially and will only be shared with third parties where necessary for order processing, such as credit checks, shipping providers, and payment processing.
Prices
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the displayed prices and will be charged separately during checkout.
Delivery / Shipping
PostPac Priority – Monday to Friday – CHF 9
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually delivered the next business day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Swiss Post guarantees a delivery success rate of 98%. In the event of delayed delivery, the customer is not entitled to compensation.
Complimentary shipping is available on orders over CHF 150.
Shipping Area / Shipping Method
Shipping and delivery are available exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Orders are shipped exclusively via Swiss Post.
Minimum Order Value
There is no minimum order value.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
Subject to the exceptions listed below, items purchased from Loria’s eCom may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy
The customer is not entitled to offset any counterclaims against claims by Loria’s eCom.
Any return or exchange requires prior approval from Loria’s eCom and is carried out at the customer’s own expense and risk. Returns and exchanges may be approved at the discretion of Loria’s eCom.
If a shipment is returned to us because the postal service could not identify the address, the full amount will still be charged unless the error was caused by Loria’s eCom.
Return Period
The return period begins on the shipping or collection date.
For mailed returns, the date of the postal stamp is decisive.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged items, except transport damage
- Missing original packaging
- Missing accessories
- Food products
- Opened items from the following categories:
- Consumables
- Hygiene products
- Books & DVDs
- Food items
- Gift cards
- Products used for food preparation or storage, such as blenders, pans, Tupperware, etc.
Refund Policy
Full Refund
A full refund of the purchase price will be granted if:
- The item is returned unopened and in its original undamaged packaging.
- Clothing and shoes show no signs of wear, all tags are attached, and the original packaging is included.
Individual Inspection
Items returned with damaged packaging may be subject to individual inspection and partial refunds.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer.
Loria’s eCom will cover return shipping costs in the following cases:
- Incorrect item delivered
- Incorrect product information in the online shop
- Receipt of an unordered item
- Receipt of an incomplete product
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Loria’s eCom.
Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
